Living the Healthy Life
I am now going to commit myself to a healthy life. Not just because I want to lose weight or look good, but because it’s the right thing to do.
Now, I’ve been promising myself that I’ll change my lifestyle for years now. But now I know why I’ve been failing. I only focused on two things: my appearance and my weight.
